What We Produce

The range of architectural casting work we undertake includes:

Working from Samples and Photographs

One of the most common challenges in heritage restoration is that the original drawing no longer exists. We are experienced in working from what survives:

A physical sample: we 3D scan it to produce a CAD model, spectrometrically analyse the metal to identify the original alloy, and produce tooling accordingly
A photograph or archive image: we can produce a working drawing and pattern from good quality photographic reference
A damaged or incomplete piece: we can reverse engineer the geometry and advise on the most appropriate approach
