International data transfers

Some of our third-party providers are based outside the UK. Google Analytics data may be processed in the United States. Google LLC participates in the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which provides an appropriate safeguard for this transfer under UK GDPR.

Mapbox and Vimeo are also US-based companies. Data transferred to these providers is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms approved by the Information Commissioner's Office.

How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry and contact data for three years from the date of last contact, after which it is securely deleted. Customer and supplier records are kept for six years from the end of the contract, as required by law. Server logs held by our hosting provider, Spoton.net, are deleted after ninety days. Analytics data is retained in line with Google's standard retention periods.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate data
  • Ask us to delete your data
  • Object to or restrict how we use your data
  • Withdraw consent at any time where consent is our lawful basis
